Over several years Blank has helped the owner family of the property Nebulosan 18 near Vasaparken in Stockholm to carefully renovate and upgrade their beautiful 1890s building.

The engagement has involved the renovation of rental apartments in multiple phases, the restoration of Astrid Lindgren’s apartment, which is now used as a museum, and the renovation of parts of the restaurant Wasahof, which is also run by the owner family.

In the apartments, new kitchens, bathrooms, and tile floors have been designed, walls and ceilings repainted, and the original wooden floors refurbished to ensure they can be used for another 100 years.
